Figures shown are for our estate car, one-way, from the centre of each area. Pickups outside Oxford are priced on the extra road miles their journey to Gatwick covers compared with Oxford city centre, with a £10 minimum. Get an exact fixed quote for your own address and terminal. Areas more than 25 miles from Oxford still get a fixed price on request, so just get in touch. Whatever number you're quoted is what you pay — no card fee, no Gatwick drop-off charge added afterwards.

No meter, no surge pricing

A metered cab or an app like Uber and Bolt can charge more for the exact same Oxford-to-Gatwick run depending on demand, traffic, or the hour. Ours is agreed once, up front, based on your exact pickup address and terminal — it won't climb for an early-morning start, a Friday-evening rush, or a diversion off the M25.

What's included in the fare

Every fixed price covers the whole vehicle, one way: up to 4 passengers and 3 large suitcases in our estate car. From Oxford, the 6 seater costs £35 more and the 8 seater £75 more per journey to Gatwick. From some nearby towns the difference is not the same, and the booking form shows each vehicle's fare for your pickup. Every fare includes Gatwick's terminal drop-off charge. No card surcharge whichever way you pay, and no extra cost for waiting time caused by a flight delay we're already tracking on your behalf.

Pricing Questions

Before you book

Is a fixed-price taxi cheaper than Uber or Bolt from Oxford to Gatwick? +

Often, yes — Uber and Bolt run dynamic pricing, so the fare for the same Oxford-to-Gatwick route can climb sharply during surge periods: early mornings, bad weather, high demand. Our £139 fixed fare is quoted once and stays put, whatever the app-based operators happen to be charging that day.

Do prices change for early morning, late night, or bank holidays? +

No. The fare you're quoted holds regardless of when your flight departs or lands — early-morning starts, late-night arrivals and bank holidays included — there's no unsociable-hours surcharge on top.

Is the drop-off fee at Gatwick included? +

Yes. Gatwick charges vehicles a fee to drop off at the terminal forecourts, and that's already folded into your fixed fare — nothing extra to hand over on arrival.

What if I'm travelling from further outside Oxford? +

Oxford suburbs pay the same fixed fare as the city centre. Towns further out pay more, based on the extra road miles to the airport, and each town's fare is shown in the table above. It is still a fixed fare, agreed before you travel. Anywhere outside our standard coverage can still get a fixed price on request.
